St. Charles, Missouri (May 11, 2012) – Cornerstone Mortgage, Inc. recently moved into a 17,000 square foot building which was formerly a medical office and is now called “Cornerstone Crossing.” The new office is located at a highly visible signalized intersection on Highway 94 and Wolfrum Road in Weldon Springs. Branch Manager Tony Roppa is thrilled by the expansion of his office space. He looks forward to adding on more members to his team of mortgage professionals. He plans on taking full advantage of the easily accessible location. Tom Bajardi of Sansone Group represented Cornerstone Mortgage in the acquisition.

The St. Charles office was originally located in the building on K and Pheasant Meadow Drive. St. Charles purchased the new building to accommodate their rapidly growing mortgage business. They plan on using the space for both their online business and mortgage banking initiatives.

Recently, Cornerstone Mortgage’s headquarters moved into the former 23,000 square foot Westbridge Bank Building located at Highway 40 and Boones Crossing in Chesterfield. Prior to the move, their home office was located in the 5,600 square feet building on Olive. Cornerstone is currently occupying the entire first floor of the building which is approximately 10,000 square feet.
